Little Elm Park

When you are in Little Elm, you must visit Little Elm Park.

The park is located on Lake Lewisville and offers many things to do.

You can swim, boat, hike, bike or camp. There are several hiking trails through the woods where you can get a little view of the lake here and there.

At Little Elm Park, you’ll find several amenities:

On the west shore of Little Elm Park is the public swimming beach of Lake Lewisville.

Here you can enjoy a day at and in the water to cool off or do a variety of activities such as beach volleyball and more,

If you are hungry or thirsty, you will find something in one of the numerous restaurants and bars.

The price for parking is $10 per vehicle per day.

Do you like alpacas? Then the TX-Ture Farm, just 10 miles north of Little Elm, is just the place for you.

This farm is all about these exciting animals.

The classic walk with an alpaca for 90 minutes is a great thing for you and your family to do in Little Elm.

Walk through nature and relax from everyday stress with an alpaca.

But that’s not all. You can also do alpaca yoga. Enjoy the flow of yoga while alpacas surround you.

Other activities include soap, perfume, candles, and alpaca shawl felting.

National Videogame Museum

Hydrous Waterparks

If you are in or near Little Elm, you must visit Hydrous Waterparks.

Here there is a large playground on the water that is great fun for both kids and adults.

It’s very strenuous to climb over the various obstacles and a great way to cool off in the hot Texas summer.

So if you like action and water, this water park in Little Elm is a must.

The price for the aqua park is $18 for 2 hours. A life jacket is included.

There is an excellent wakeboard park for those who can wakeboard and need a little more action.

The wakeboard park costs $55 for 2 hours with the rental and $40 for 2 hours without the rental.

Johnny Broyle’s Nature Trail

Johnny Broyle’s Nature Trail is located at the north end of Little Elm Park.

This trail is one mile long and starts at Little Elm Park and ends at Main Street. It is a good place for a nature walk or bike ride.

Doe Branch Park

Doe Branch Park offers a 1.5-mile loop trail near Little Elm. If you enjoy hiking in nature on the shores of a lake, this is for you.

Wood Family Dog Park

Do you have a dog? Visit Wood Family Dog Park and spend a lovely day with your dog and his friends.

A separate off-leash area invites your dog to run and play. But beware: use the off-leash area at your own risk. Persons using the park are liable for any injury or damage caused by themselves or their dog.

Splash Pad

Located at 1001 Witt Rd Little Elm, TX 75068, on the backside of McCord Park, the Splash Pad is fun for all the kids.

On a hot Texas summer day, the Splash Pad is worth visiting when you want to do something fun with your kids.

Please make sure your children are wearing appropriate swimwear. If you have toddlers, you must dress them in swim diapers if they have not yet gone to the bathroom.

Dogs are not allowed.

Pumpkin Hollow

If you visit Little Elm in October, you can look forward to Pumpin Hollow.

This multi-day event features everything Halloween is known for.
A haunted trail and a lighted pumpkin walk with hundreds of pumpkins are a highlight for kids and adults who like this time of year.

But there are also bounce houses, various games, and more for you and your kids to enjoy. Pumpkin Hollow is one thing you and your kids should do in Litlle Elm in October.
